Cancellation and refund policy

Last updated 5 October 2026

How cancellations, changes and refunds work. Your quote and confirmation show the specific rules for each booking; where they differ from this page, the booking-specific rules apply.

Before you pay

Every quote shows the cancellation and change rules for the flights, hotels and services in it. Some fares are non-refundable or cannot be changed. If anything is unclear, ask us before you pay.

If you cancel or change

Tell us in writing, by email or WhatsApp, from the email address or number used for the booking. The cancellation takes effect when we receive your message.

Charges are set by the airline, hotel or other supplier under the rules of your booking, and depend on how close to travel you cancel. We will tell you the exact amount before we act on a change.

Any service fee we charge for planning and booking is shown in your quote, along with whether it is refundable.

Refunds

We pass on every refund we receive from suppliers, less their cancellation charges and any non-refundable fees shown in your quote. Airlines and hotels can take several weeks to return money; we process your refund promptly once we receive it, to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Government taxes are refunded where the rules allow it.

If a supplier cancels or changes

If an airline, hotel or other supplier cancels or materially changes your booking, we will offer the alternatives available, or a refund of what the supplier returns to us. Compensation rules, where they apply, are set by the supplier or the relevant regulator, and we will help you claim.

Visas

Visa fees and visa centre charges are not refundable if an application is refused or withdrawn. Visa decisions are made by the relevant government.

No-shows

Missing a flight, transfer or hotel check-in without telling us usually means the booking is forfeited, and later parts of the trip may be cancelled by the supplier. Please contact us immediately if your plans change.
